No additional chargeable work will be carried out without your explicit permission.
All work will be carried out by qualified personnel and according to the IEE Code of Practice for Testing
Labels will be attached to all tested equipment and will comply with the durability and information requirements of the Code of Practice.
All "open top" plugs will be checked to ensure that they are correctly and securely wired.
All fuses will be checked for suitability to the appliance
We will advise you on the suitability of the equipment for the environment in which it is operated.
No computer or telecommunications equipment will be disconnected without your permission.
We will advise you immediately of any equipment that fails inspection or testing.
A full written report will be issued on all the equipment tested accompanied by a certificate of testing.
